Convenient but noisy location, great facilities

Big, clean rooms, well stocked, central location near two subway stations and lots of restaurants. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

Noisy. Rooms in the Annex building are above a restaurant that plays loud music. Noise from the street is also loud, so not suitable for people who cannot sleep through noise.

Excellent Suite but noisy streets disturbing sleep on all nights.

Located in the street of bars, restaurants and shops. Excellent location. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. The suite is large for group of 6.

The suite in the annex building is facing a bar. Loud music can be heard till 3 am daily. Noise can be heard during the early morning truck unloading food ingredients for the nearby shops as well as the rubbish truck clearing the rubbish. Not recommended if u want a good and peaceful sleep at night.

Pleasant stay for family gathering at the dining area

The location is perfect. A lot of eateries

The toilet. After shower the whole bathroom floor will get wet, there is no separation or curb between the toilet and bathroom area.

Just love it ! We had a very comfortable stay.

Location was great since it was nearby restaurants and convenience stores and had great public transport access. The fac

Location was great, it was a few minutes walk to Myeongdong and had very good accessibility to public transport. Had three different stations near it. We were able to take the 6002 airport limousine bus straight to the bus station near the accomodation and then it was only a 3 minute walk away. We were also able to take the same bus back to the airport using our IC card. Accomodation was also near quite a few restaurants and convenience stores so we had easy food access. Had a pharmacy nearby as well.

Since the location was right in the middle of a busy location, there was music blasting throughout the night. Wasn’t too bad since we were too tired by the end of the day to really care. There was only one bathroom and water would always leak to the rest of the bathroom whenever someone showered since there was only glass panels separating the shower area. The use of the laundry facilities was free, there were two washing machines, one fairly new one and a very old one, but there was only one dryer. It got pretty hard to do our laundry there since there were many people wanting to use the facilities and one of the people in my group had somebody take her laundry out of the machine, staff didn’t really help much with getting answers regarding the situation.

Overall an excellent family suite

1. The location was very convenient and accessible. 2. Doorstep to countless entries, cafes, convenience stores, Oliva Young. 3. Daily clearing of trash and fresh towels. 4. Regular housekeeping.

The clubs around usually played music till late around 4am. Depending on which facing/room, it may not be very conducive for sleep.

Great location with good value for money

Good location, very clean with modern and urban design. The stuff was very kind and assist with every request.

There was a lot of noise from the street outside during the night. The rooms were very small with not enough storage area.

Clean, comfortable & convenient! Great stay!

The apartment was spacious for our family of 4 for our 6-night stay. It was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, near subway station. There were several convenience stores and many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. The response to queries prior to our stay was fast. Min Seok Lee, Ji Wan and the other staff were friendly and polite. They could speak English which made communication easy. Special thanks to Min Seok who went the extra mile to assist us. He was always ready to render help when approached.

Music from the bar opposite the aparthotel could be heard late into the night.

Good choice for this trip. Overall I loved the stay, It will be on my list of choices for next visits.

The staff were friendly and wonderful in every mean. Farther more the location was great, it helps us to get everywhere in Seoul easily. The property clean and good for groups and families, little bit small but ok.

The only thing is that it surrounded with many bars and nightclubs so it was loudly until 3 am, because of the music. Therefore, I was not too comfortable because of the noice and crowds.

The location is brilliant and the accomodation is so quiet. the staff were excellent (Dave was excellent), Very helpful and accomodating. The daily breakfast was handy. The beds we’re very comfortable and the shower was great!

There was only one mirror in the bathroom. At least one full length mirror in the room would have been good. Or a mirror in each bedroom. There were only 2 Very small windows, one in the bathroom and one in the large bedroom. The second room was very small only the bed fitted. When we booked through booking.com none of the photos showed the room we were in so the size of the apartment and lack of windows was a bit disappointing considering what the site showed us.
